Once you receive the order, you can try their items at home for up to 7 days before you decide which articles you want to keep or return. You will only be charged for the items you want to keep.

For returns, you are provided with a reusable polybag and the pre-paid return label which comes with every shipment. The prepaid return label can be used for Royal Mail in the UK, but customers can also change the return option.
