I‘ve been following a fintech startup called Proptee for some time now and honestly, I’ve found what they are doing to be really exciting and innovative.
Crypto tech
Proptee has taken blockchain technology and mashed that together with old fashioned bricks and mortar to give you a fraction or NFT’s (non-fungible token) of a property. This is then bought and sold on their purpose built app.
Profit like a landlord
The NFT entitles the holder to receive rental rewards obtained by that property being rented out. Proptee take out all the hard work for you, service charges, insurance, etc. You are left to profit like a landlord.
